I’m a fan of your work, You’re doing great!. I’d love to see OMGChad as a guest. I think he has alot of young perspective to offer and would be a great addition.
I’m becoming a daily listener. The coverage is great and relevant.
My only issue is the donation model, it gives you a PBS feel. I’d rather hear ads, or even better would like to hear you push your own products. I listen, know you write books, but have not gone out of my way to find out what they are about. That can be overdone of course, but an occasional pitch might get me over to Amazon to check them out.

You are definitely one of a small minority that would rather hear ads. I would lose money if I took ads at this point.
