    It seems there was some confusion on what ICE (Immigation and Customs Enforcement) have to do with trade enforcement. ICE is the investigation arm of CBP (Customs and Border Protection) which is tasked with trademark violations, IPR violations, etc. Among all the other things CBP does, interdict drugs, terrorists, money, etc, IPR violations is a major focus that is vital to protecting the American economy and American businesses from fake merchandise from places like China. The websites in questions were all or near all sites that solid fake goods marketed as ligitamate.
