Ack! I’m taking a shot in the dark on this email address.
Well, it might not be hardware!!! Windows will restart automatically on certain errors. In order to turn this off, right click on my computer, then click properties, advanced, under Startup and recovery click Settings, then clear the automatically restart check box. This can really help you diagnose any problems with windows.
Another thought, it would be nice to have an email address to send comments to in cases such as this.
