Facebook took out full page ads in the New York Times, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal saying “We’re standing up to Apple for small businesses everywhere.” The statement centers on updates to Apple’s third-party ad policy coming early next year which could limit Facebook and others from targeting ads. So who’s right and who’s wrong and will the consumer benefit in either case?
