Xbox head Phill Spencer plans on making Xbox Game Studios PC games available in different stores and outlets including Steam. The Department Of Justice wants Sprint and T-Mobile to help a 4th wireless carrier build out its network before it approves the merger. And 47 companies including Apple, Google and WhatsUp signed an open letter to the UK’s GCHQ urging the security agency to abandon plans for a “ghost protocol.”
