Please stop making false statements about MP3Tunes.com.  They have not been sued out of existence (the suits are ongoing).  I&#039;m a happy customer and can vouch for the site and service still being up and running.

I don&#039;t think you&#039;re doing this on purpose, but it&#039;s still disconcerting to hear you incorrectly describe the service they provide (in a previous podcast) and then erroneously claim they&#039;re out of business entirely. At least qualify such statements with &quot;If I recall,&quot; or something.
