They have not been sued out of existence (the suits are ongoing). I'm a happy customer and can vouch for the site and service still being up and running. I don't think you're doing this on purpose, but it's still disconcerting to hear you incorrectly describe the service they provide (in a previous podcast) and then erroneously claim they're out of business entirely.
