One Response to Tech News Today 127: Comcast, L3 And Net Neutrality, Who’s Right?

    Tom,
It seems there was some confusion on what ICE (Immigation and Customs Enforcement) have to do with trade enforcement. ICE is the investigation arm of CBP (Customs and Border Protection) which is tasked with trademark violations, IPR violations, etc. Among all the other things CBP does, interdict drugs, terrorists, money, etc, IPR violations is a major focus that is vital to protecting the American economy and American businesses from fake merchandise from places like China. The websites in questions were all or near all sites that solid fake goods marketed as ligitamate.
If you have any questions about this drop me a line.

  • @WizChic I loved it! Felt like a whole season in one episode.
  • @oldman916 Lots of headlines mis-stating that the release date is Oct. 25. It's the media that's confused.
  • Frame Rate begins soon, right now we're talking about squirrels and pigeons in the TWiT chat room http://t.co/KgxxBdQb
